Cod (50%) ( Fish ), Double Cream (14%) ( Milk ), Water, White Wine (10%), Béchamel Sauce Mix ( Modified Maize Starch, Skimmed Milk Powder, Whole Milk Powder, Wheat Flour [ Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamine ], Sugar, Non-Hydrogenated Rapeseed Oil, Maltodextrin, Dehydrated Onion, Salt, Yeast Extract, Flavouring, Garlic Powder, Herb Extracts, Spice Extract ), Lemon Juice (4%), Breadcrumb Blend (2%) ( Fortified Wheat Flour [ Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamine ], Vegetable Oil [Palm], Salt, Yeast, Tarragon), Lemon Zest .
Cooking From Frozen:
For best results cook from frozen.
Remove box and film.
Place onto a baking tray and put into a pre-heated oven. Cook at 190°C (Conventional Oven) / 170°C (Fan Oven) / Gas Mark 5 for 40 minutes.
