Description

Roast gammon is a great Sunday roast alternative.  The richly succulent and saline meat can be served both hot or cold and is treasured by most carnivores. But there is no reason why roast gammon should not be enjoyed all year round; from a light summery roast with seasonal ingredients to a hearty warming winter feast.  And best of all any left overs can be used up in sandwiches the following week.  Scoring the skin before roasting is a must to help render down the fat and ensure mouth-wateringly crisp skin. For ease of serving, our Gammons come boned and rolled ready for carving.
