Lovingly produced by a flock of grass fed dairy ewes in the Lune Valley, South Cumbria.  This Mild Cheddar, is made for you using the finest ewe’s milk from their own flock on the farm.

It is best enjoyed at room temperature, take out of the fridge a couple of hours before eating.
