2- 4oz Pork Schnitzel- Cut from the loin, bashed to a very thin piece then coated with breadcrumbs ready for a shallow fry.
Cooking Instructions:
- Lightly fry them in a frying pan with plenty of oil, on a medium to high heat 2-3 mintues each side
- Oven bake : 20 Mins until golden
- Grill: 12 minutes each side until nice and golden
Then enjoy there crispy goodness!
Light easy midweek meal . A winner with kids too!
Recommend serving with parmesan & garlic mash potatoes & garlic roasted tender stem broccoli.
