Salmon (50%) ( Fish ), Béchamel Sauce Mix ( Modified Maize Starch, Skimmed Milk Powder, Whole Milk Powder, Wheat Flour [ Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamine ], Sugar, Non-Hydrogenated Rapeseed Oil, Maltodextrin, Dehydrated Onion, Salt, Yeast Extract, Flavouring, Garlic Powder, Herb Extracts, Spice Extract ), Double Cream (4%) ( Milk ), Lemon Juice (2%), Breadcrumb Blend ( Fortified Wheat Flour [ Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamine ], Vegetable Oil [Palm], Salt, Yeast ), Dill, Black Pepper, Lemon Zest.

Cooking From Frozen:

For best results cook from frozen.

Remove box and film.

Place onto a baking tray and put into a pre-heated oven. Cook at 190°c (Conventional Oven) / 170°c (Fan Oven) / Gas Mark 5 for 40 minutes.
