2x 4oz Chicken Schnitzels- Thin sliced chicken breast dipped in a seasoned oil then coated with Cajun breadcrumbs.
Cooking Instructions:
- Lightly fry them in a frying pan with plenty of oil, on a medium to high heat 3-4 minutes each side
- Oven bake : 20 Mins until golden
- Grill: 12 minutes each side until nice and golden
Then enjoy there crispy goodness!
Light easy midweek meal . A winner with kids too!
Recommend serving with new potatoes and salad or green vegetable.
