“With soaked milled oats and sunflower seeds for some extra texture, and a long fermentation this bread is a favourite across the board- you’ll find it containing delicious sandwiches in various cafes in and around Lancaster. We use a bit of wholewheat flour so it’s just brown enough. Min. 14 hour fermentation”
