Now I bet your wondering why Mexicana cheese, the reason behind this is because Mexicana combines cheddar cheese with an abundance of bell peppers, jalapeños and hot spicy chilli’s to create this colourful and vibrant cheese and we thought this would be perfect to add that little bit of something to the burgers taste.
