Pork Trotter



A trotter is a cut of pork comprising of the pigs feet, typically from the ankle down.
Braise and cut in to bite size pieces in order to use them in a stews, soups, and even add your own flavours to them so that they have an extra kick of flavour to the meal of your choosing.
