Our Cumbrian Dry Cured Smoked Back Bacon is rubbed using curing salts and then smoked cured using woodshavings for a wonderful smokey flavour !
This means you get minimal shrinkage when you cook it and gives it that traditional bacon taste.
Grilled or fried there is something about the smell of smoked bacon cooking that invigorates your taste buds, on a fresh bread bun, filled with rashers of dry cured bacon with lashing of oozing butter, dripping out of the side, who can resist??
