Our Tender Chicken Supremes are skin on with the little wing bone still attached. Like you find in many restaurants up and down the country. This allows the chicken to retain moisture whilst roasting to make it extra succulent and tender. Plus you also get the benefit of some tasty crispy chicken skin. A great easy option for a quick midweek roast when a whole chicken is a bit too big.
