Expertly trimmed by our butchers and considered by most to be the best cut of beef, it doesn’t get much better than this!! The centre cut of fillet has both the head (Chateau Briand) and tail removed. It really does make an amazing centre piece. You can roast it whole for a simple, quick and delicious roast dinner or use to make that statement beef wellington. The richness and tenderness of this cut comes from the minimum 28 days that it is dry aged. Alternatively, you can portion it into fillet steaks for the ultimate steak dinner.
Why not try it with some of our Cheshire Farm Hand Cut Chips
