Lamb koftas are a firm favourite of many Middle Eastern food enthusiasts. Using our Lune Valley Lamb Mince and a subtle blend of herbs and spices, are formed onto bamboo skewers.  The key to perfect koftas is to get your chargrill pan very hot before cooking.  This ensures a nice char on the outside. Feel free to cook these on the barbecue instead if the weather allows! And enjoy the beautiful aromatic aroma whilst cooking.
